Wild Cat

Toulon-native Anais Mali is shaping up to be a firm favourite with Paris Vogue, appearing in two editorials in the publication's August 2012 issue. Mali features in an only-girl editorial lensed by photographer Lachlan Bailey, displaying the dynamism and fearless modelling prowess which is fast becoming her calling card. It seems only befitting that Mali is gaining favour with Paris Vogue because to me she exemplifies all of the qualities that I associate with all things French. Mali possesses a finely attuned sense of style, a love of fashion, an understated elegance, and a joie de vivre which emanates through the camera's lens. Mali's felinesque eyes, razor sharp cheekbones, impeccable complexion and compelling looks are a result of her unique mix of Polish and African ancestry. Mali was one of the first new faces to be featured on Inoubliable Model Army way back in October 2010, and I am delighted to witness her evolution as a model and to see her being continually embraced by fashion's elite.
