First Impressions

Since launching in 2003, Teen Vogue has developed a reputation for nurturing and showcasing the newest in modelling talent. Top models including Chanel Iman, Karlie Kloss, Jourdan Dunn, Sigrid Agren, Constance Jablonski, Liu Wen and Lindsey Wixson were all featured early on in their modelling careers within the publication's pages. Teen Vogue has long taken a firm stance in featuring a diverse array of ethnicities amongst its coterie of editorial subjects. For the March 2013 issue, photographer Sebastian Kim hones in on the stunning beauty of Herieth Paul and Betty Adewole in the season's minimalist looks embellished with geometric lines. Tanzanian native Paul and true Brit Adewole have been largely overlooked throughout the New York Fall/Winter collections with Paul making appearances at Costello Tagliapietra and Suno, and Adewole at Chadwick Bell. Inoubliable Model Army hopes that this editorial will bolster both model's runway presence as the show circuit moves onwards to London.
