Mind Over Matter

Following a series of scintillating flesh baring editorial appearances for Vogue Italia, French Numéro, and Spanish Vogue, supermodel Karlie Kloss returns to the elegant form that made her a muse to many a designer and photographer, for i-D magazine's Spring 2013 issue. Showing off a newly coiffed nape grazing bob, Kloss poses for Matt Jones in select pieces from the Spring/Summer 2013 collections of Lanvin, Rochas, Dior, Kenzo, Louis Vuitton, Gareth Pugh, and Comme des Garçons. Kloss looks every bit the class act as she twirls, bounds, and leaps on set displaying the chameleon-like quality for which she is renowned. Twenty year old Kloss reveals in i-D's 'Ask Me' issue, "I love asking questions. I'm incredibly curious and always want to know why and how things happen. I don't know if that's because I'm young or just the way my brain is wired... " It is Kloss' inquisitive nature and presence on set beyond the mere physical which sets her in a league of her own amongst the current generation of leading models.
