Missing in Action - Cara Delevingne

Die-hard Cara Delevingne fans who were left wanting due to the British supermodel's highly selective Spring/Summer 2014 show list can take some solace in her American Vogue October 2013 editorial appearance. Delevingne stars in the only girl editorial lensed by photographer Sharif Hamza showcasing the Fall's most tactile overcoats and sweaters. Delevigne keeps a straight face as Hamza hones in on her delicate features and expressive baby blues. Throughout the Spring/Summer 2014 collections, fashion's current 'it' girl kept her appearances limited to ten strategically placed shows. Delevingne showed her allegiance to designers Christopher Bailey and Karl Lagerfeld with turns on the runway at Burberry Prorsum, Fendi, and Chanel. Stylist Katie Grand managed to coax Delevingne back on the runway for Giles, while opening and closing honours at Top Shop Unique, Mulberry, and Peter Pilotto proved to be just the right incentive for the pint-sized cat-walker to make an appearance. With Marc Jacobs, Stella McCartney, and Valentino making up the perfect 10, more than anything what Delevingne's show list confirmed was her status as the Spring/Summer 2014's most elusive and exclusive commodity.
