Tribal Dance - Betty Adewole

Following a major breakthrough moment during the recent Spring/Summer 2014 season, British model Betty Adewole is on a roll with a stunning cover and editorial feature in latest issue of DSection Magazine. Photographed by Mariano Vivanco for the cover story entitled "The New Ethnic", Adewole appears in looks selected by designer Riccardo Tisci from Givenchy's Spring/Summer 2014 collection. Adewole poses alongside a bevy of male modelling talent including Ivan Gonzales, Harry Goodwins, Andy Walters, and Marcus Parkin with their faces and bodies adorned with body paint courtesy of make-up artist Zoe Taylor. Modelling since 2009, Adewole's major breakthrough arrived in the form of an appearance in Tom Ford's Spring/Summer 2014 show. What followed was an ultra selective blue chip show list including turns on the runway at Prada, Alexander McQueen, Givenchy, Chloé, Stella McCartney, Gareth Pugh, and Kenzo. The twenty year old British born Nigerian beauty was a beguiling presence with her exotic feline-like eyes, flawless dark complexion, and spectacular 180 cm silhouette. With representation by One Management in New York and a recent switch to modelling powerhouse IMG Models Worldwide, Adewole looks set for a killer Spring/Summer 2014 season with a slew of editorial bookings looming on the horizon.
